Daniel LeBlanc, 79, of Manoir St. Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche, and formerly of Belliveau Village, died Saturday at Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent.

Born in Belliveau Village, he was a son of the late Philicien and Emma (Auffrey) LeBlanc, and attended the Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut.

His wife, the former Marguerite Bourgeois, died previously. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Damien LeBlanc (Laudia) of Moncton and Mrs. Adolphe Bourque (Alice) of Michigan; three brothers, Clarence and Philipe, both of Dieppe, and Dominique of Montreal; and several nieces and nephews. Two sisters, Marie and Adéline, and three brothers, Zoël, Léo and Henry, died previously.

The body is at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. Funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday at Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Church at 7 p.m. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
